Hi, I have an issue. My email system looks great on mail-tester, but all emails bounce how can I find what is going on.
I use mailshake email system to send the emails. it all bounce - can you please advise?
Hi friend, what do you mean: "My email system looks great" can you send a screenshot?
and what is the bounce message?
1) check the mail server log files (if it is a VPS self-hosted mail server)
2) if you don't have mail server log files check if there are disabled and enabled them for troubleshooting
3) troubleshooting the errors one by one (some are related to misconfig of VPS OS, DNS, mail server and mail sending software)
4) do you have verify 2 times x 2 different verify software or online services as a minimum lately (old verified lists want to re-verify - clean up before sending, verify software and online services don't result all issues) ?
