I have real estate website and 20 000 emails.
I have MailGun Student pack.
Should i send emails trough MailGun or should i connect it to Office 365 or Gsuite?
Also i was wondering if i need IP rotation and how to setup it if needed.

Mailgun is reliable as it prevents deliverability issues. Even there are any problems the site’s support resolves them in 24 hours.
