Hi

After I finished the Step 6: Configure Apache2 Web Server, I met same problem

as the description http://note.youdao.com/s/IAZaE8SE

Then I followed your tips to double check the apache config file as following steps

http://note.youdao.com/s/APnmae62

But after that, it is the same, how to solve it?

By the way, When I follow the step : Optional: Secure with a Free SSL.

I finished the Step 1 — Install the Let’s Encrypt Client

But I was stuck in the Step 2 — Set Up the SSL Certificate

Please have a look http://note.youdao.com/s/ErRg91Ov

Hi friend, please try deleting the default conf files for apache, and restart the apache service, then try again.

for the MySQL error, its a credentials error, please double-check the user and the pass

"please try deleting the default conf files for apache"

Do you mean the file located in /etc/apache2/apache.config?

when I enter server name in web browser, it shows:
<h2 class="panel-title">Mautic Installation - Environment Check</h2>
The date.timezone setting is not set in your PHP configuration. Mautic has set the default timezone to 'UTC' but we suggest setting this in your PHP configuration.

Is this the point ???
