We recieve emails when got mentioned in sth which is the most important. It would be great to get email when our topics(not comments) are accepted so we become ready for any discussion.

Yes, it takes specific time to get post approval.
I have another suggestion to tell us how many of our posts is in moderation, like forum tells us how many posts we have.
You can come to know about it by typing the subject name in the search bar and check if it has been approved. If it isn’t it wont show up.
Sister, it's hard to remember all the subjects in which we have answered.
Just check the activity section on your profile then.
What does that do? It just shows stats.
Once you go on the activity section there will be all the posts you have made till now. Just click on it and you can see whether it has been approved or not.
I clicked on the number of posts and it just leads me back to forum UI.
Try checking the network and refresh the page. I am bot facing this issue.
My network is fine, and refreshing the page doesn't work.
You can then tag the admin and check what the actual issue is.
Admin doesn't reply on this forum since we are replying, he stays offline most of the time from the forum

Do give me a yes or a no on this suggestion.Receiving emails from admins on an unapproved post isn't necessary because we're already receiving emails on replies and when our names are mentioned. I rather suggest we receive emails when we attain a new level on the forum.
Attaining a level on the forum is not supposed to told through an email as it can be clearly seen on the forum. If we receive emails about the unapproved posts we will know what mistakes we have made so that we don’t repeat them the next time and tell the new comers as well.
Posts hardly get unapproved because members have read the forum guildlines and know the kind of posts to make.

Well the posts were deleted when users started just posting replies like thank you and such multiple times. This didnt add much value.
