The interview always raise anxiety because you really can expect anything from your HR and should be ready to answer.

Especially this question:

”Why do you think we should hire you?”

Brother this question gets me every time, I am sure maybe when Hassan will interview a member for H-Educate team if he chooses someone, so we should tell the person taking interview a reason which should satisfy him.

However brother if someone has already worked online in a big company and he has also passed their interview, them he will not be nervous, companies like Semrush will only hire who have really mastered there skills.

The questions in any interview depend on the company's culture and the hiring manager. Although there are some basic questions asked by all organizations.

If you're looking for a remote job, here are some questions to ask before accepting a job offer. Ask about the company culture, expectations and metrics for success. There are also some additional remote-specific questions you should find out the answers to before you accept.

1.
ARE THERE SPECIFIC TOOLS THAT YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO USE?
If your company is using Sketch and you're a die-hard Photoshop user, you should be prepared to make the switch. The same is true for Google Hangouts vs. Skype, HipChat vs. Slack, and so on.

2.
IS THERE A SPENDING LIMIT FOR TECHNOLOGY OR OFFICE PURCHASES?
Some companies provide their employees with a set starting or yearly allowance for items such as new computers, office furniture, and other items that make working from home more convenient.

Or do you need to work certain hours every day?

4.
IS THERE ANY TRAVEL INVOLVED?
Some distributed companies require you to attend yearly retreats or other in-person meetings. It's better to know this ahead of time.

5.
IS THE BUSINESS TRAVEL-FRIENDLY?
If you want to work from home so you can travel, make sure the company hiring you is okay with that. Will they be ok if you need to rearrange your flight schedule? Or switch up your working hours when you're in a completely different time zone?

How to check if a job os legit:

Look for reviews for any company you’re considering applying to (whether that’s an actual employer or a recruiter). Check out sites like Glassdoor for general employer reviews. Or check out site like FairyGodBoss or InHerSight for female- specific reviews of what it’s like to work for certain companies.

You'll need a solid understanding of the technologies specific to the job you're after in order to succeed. Almost every remote job will require you to be comfortable using video conferencing apps (Google Hangouts or Skype), team chat programs (like HipChat or Slack) and email.
