When a customer comes to you with a complaint be it physically or virtually, don’t be defensive. Your job is not to prove them wrong but to change their experience and help them on their way to purchasing more from you. 
You have to make sure they are heard and not left out. This will make them trust you more and spread the word that your products are worth trying for.

Hello Batoul, I would love to share an example from my experience to show how legit are your words, about a month ago, we bought online, from our country e-commerces, some furniture for our home, and they were saying that it was granite(high-quality steel) for a decent price, so it was a great deal, after few days we got the product and paid for it, to discover that it wasn't granite, and it that it got destroyed after 2 days, so it was a huge scam to us, after contacting the company, they were offensive and were blaming us for what happened, so we tried as much as we can just showing how of a scam it was to people so they don't make the same mistake, so a company like this one will live for a year or two, and go completely bankrupt as you say because of scam detectors, and bad customer service

That's why we should only hire those people who are really good at helping people as support team of our website and even better is that we should ourselves work as support of our team so we know how valuable our customers are.

The HR department is responsible and liable for that. They should hire those who are friendly and cooperative

Big companies like apple don’t fool their customers because if they get a bad review they will lose their sales

apple can't be compared to these scammers man

Exactly. Apple always look out for their customers. They don’t overlook the issue and let them go

Sister what is HR department, is it a team which works in a company to hire people for the company they are working for?

Sister i mean if they scam on customer, it will become even harder for them to scam anybody else as other people will get to know of the so that's how they are making difficult for themselves to make money.

Big companies like apple don’t fool their customers because if they get a bad review they will lose their sales 

Sister but small companies who have just entered online marketing say things which are not true about their products to grow their business but instead they are destroying their own business.

apple can't be compared to these scammers man

Brother i am saying that when the product of apple has some issues and people get those products to apple to fix those issues, Apple sometime don't accept that there are issues in the product so they can save their brand name, also some online hosting companies may also do this to save their brand name.
