There is alot of competition on YouTube nowadays and on top of that vlog is not a good niche to start with it may take many years to even meet the requirements of Monetization
So if you want to grow in this niche fast you gotta do something different and interesting than others so you could stand out from others

Nothing is impossible. Every one passes that stage that your facing. My tip is that you should make longer videos a 6 hour long gym music. However it will take you sometime to get 1000 subs with this method.

I don't think it's too hard to achieve 4000 hours of watch time and 1000 subscribers because vlogging channel growth totally depends upon your storytelling and how viewers engaged with your videos. Vlogs can be created in unlimited minutes but you should remember that they should be interesting.
Don't get demotivated, just start and upload videos consistently.
Try using paid Ads if you can, if you can't do it then do all your best to promote your channel on social media platforms.
