In this article there are seven marketing strategies that will help the SAAS business owners to compete and stand out in the market:

1) Provide a free trial- when business owners test-drive your software, the product value speaks for itself. Even if they decide not to purchase it when the free trial ends, you have a solid lead for future ad and email targeting.

2) Share data-driven content- If you have valuable internal data, share it through content marketing to attract new customers. You might share a recent study your brand conducted or report on trends in your users’ behaviour. Then post it on social media apps.
3) Show off your good reviews- Once you show the good reviews of your service then the customers and others will think it’s worth giving it a try.
4) Be responsive- Earn the badge of being the most responsive brand. As the communication only happens online the customers should be responded quickly and with valuable information.
5) Share behind the scene content- Provide the environment and culture to the people. For example, you could share posts of employees enjoying themselves at a company team-building event. This humanises your company and makes it approachable.

6) Host a Q&A session on social media- Conduct a live Q&A session for your customers to answer their issues.
7) Share your belief- Give your thoughts about the services because that is really appreciated by the customers.

I absolutely agree with this article and especially No 4. Being responsive to your customers is a vital secret to attract new customers. Because I have heard many people give a review on a site and the first or the most painful part they said is " their support is very poor".

Yes there are many business owners that don’t respond to their customers and lose them. Many people are looking for reliability which doesn’t show if you don’t engage with your customers.

Like Contabo provide real value for money, but their support is bad, so people have already problems with them.

Exactly. Every customer needs reliable products when it comes to online business. Hence, it’s the top most point to consider and implement.

Funny thing is companies like MailChimp when they were small they try to talk alot to their customers for better conversations through cold mails and now when they have grown up, customers have to talk to them.

It’s better to find alternatives. What’s the point if they are so lenient with the customers questions.

That's the problem, there is less competition with top companies like Snapdragon has no competition and they keep increasing price

@muhammad-aown increasing the price will not attract customers. They will just switch to some other site.

That’s a physical product and they do that once they introduce new features in their product. The ones getting old have lower prices.

The reason for price of older phones is lower as the cost of making components gets cheaper over time thats why.

Also the value drops. The updated one has more features so firms can’t charge a higher price for an old version.
