Office365 Not receiving Emails/Replies (Office365+Mautic)

I have configured Mautic and Office365 SMTP as shown in the tutorial. I can send emails through Mautic campaign but do not receive the replies in outlook.office.com inbox or junk.
So I tried to send emails from outlook.office.com and I can send email BUT DO NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL OR REPLY AT ALL!
What can I do? Thanks.

Yeah cause the issue mentioned in the thread is solved. But another problem I am facing. Now I can't send mails. I am getting a delivery report in Outlook saying
"Your message couldn't be delivered because you weren't recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this is that your email address is suspected of sending spam and it's no longer allowed to send email. Contact your email admin for assistance"
