Super happy to be part of the group - I had created my new emailing server upon VULTR but they had a restriction on there port 25 & I asked them to lift it up they asked about my business & email I will be sending will be newsletters & transactional emails & they declined my request? any way I can get in? Do I just say them transactional emails?
I tried talking to different VPS hosting provider they said they have port 25 open but they don't allow bulk emailing - but they have no restriction, is it okay I use them if yes?
What should be my sending volume?

Hi friend, no you can't say transactional and then send promotional emails.
for the other company, if they don't allow bulk mailing, they mean "spamming"
it depends on what you are going to send and how.
