Not sure if this feature is already there. Lets say I have a list of 30 people (CSV) with 'email' and 'first name'. Now in the template section there is no option to address my email to these 30 people individually with the names. I cannot send an email to these 30 people with their respective names. I am only able to send email as if I am sending a brochure. No 'Dear John' or 'Dear Jim' or 'Dear Ron' or any other name can be automatically added from the list.
if this feature is already there, how to go about it?
If you are using email marketing tool like SendinBlue or Mailchimp, you need to set your uploaded CSV's names by yourself. Then you can specify their names by tags. For example, if you use SendinBlue tags will be something like FIRSTNAME for nsme and EMAIL for email.
