Automatically reopen SMTP Connection because of cancellation after 10 minutes
Hi Hasan, first thank you for the super email sender, it is a great simple tool.
I used the Super Email Sender v32.
For the Christmas greetings I sent 2000 emails. It was sent via O365 Exchange Online.
Exchange Online Limits:
Connection inactivity time out: The maximum amount of time that an open SMTP connection with a source messaging server can remain idle before the connection is closed = 10 Minutes
Recipient rate limit: 10'000 recipients per day.
Recipient limit: Customizable up to 1'000 recipients.
Message rate limit: 30 messages per minute.
After sending 250 Emails over smtp.office365.com i got the message "an existing connection was closed by the remote host" an the 1750 other messages could not be send.
In the field "Time Pause Email (sec)" i entered the value 2. Each email took pretty accurate 2.4 seconds and then the connection was broken after 10 minutes.
I tried to change the settings via Powershell and Admin Console in Exchange Online but it seems to be impossible.
Now my question: is it possible to close and reopen the smtp-connection each 9-10minutes automatically?
I'm thinking of whether it might also be possible by being able to choose to take a break after, for example, 240 e-mails to close the connection and re-establish it automatically and then continue to send from that point in the mailinglist where the break is.
Hi friend, I added this feature in the upcoming version which will be released this month. thank you!
Hi Hasan, thank you very much.
Can you explain me shortly where i can activate the feature for reconnecting? I didn't find the option and i still got Error 4.4.1 Connection timed out.
I have a free license.
The option is enabled by default, connection timed out, means there is a problem connecting to your SMTP
