No Emails were found please check your files

I'm getting this error even after opening port 25 and using email as header.Please help it is very urgent.

I also experience some difficulty with the software, I uploaded txt & csv format but got the same message. any resolve? 😥

These are all the files in a Zip format. I uploaded all variations I tired verifying. Although My contact list are in thousands, I Used these variations on the .txt format  ( Comma, Colón, Newline, Pipe ) whereas the Csv Format is quite straight forward.  If this issue can be resolved It will gladden my heart and spare me some stress. Thanks

@admin I did receive your mail but haven't gotten the clue why my case is different. Please what is the issue with the software from my end, providing you tested and it worked fine for you..

I tested the lists you sent, the CSV, and the TXT with email per single line, and bother worked normally.

@admin Ok, Thanks for your support. I tried all ways possible I can think of, but none seems to be working. but same it's fine. I will other options available if I can't resolve this issue. Thanks again

@admin Good day. I have resolved the issue with the software.. My antivirus was interfering with the software, and also I found out that the software isn't accurate. I ranked almost all my verified emails as invalid or catch- all .... why is that the case?

Hi Friend, Please read the guidefirst to understand how the app works.

maybe it's because of your reputation or the list is mostly yahoo, which is a catch-all address.

@admin I have read all the documentation but the emails in quote are mostly verified emails and reputable emails. even my own emails are seen as invalid.

Friend, maybe you missed some important things in the guides, I mentioned that if you IP is blakclisted, it may affect the validation.

@admin Still unable to find out why that should be a case but my Is not blacklisted. It's as clean as white.
