Dear Support!

I'm having problems with the [unsubscribe_tag] .

I tried with WYSIWYG and with HTML, but in the inbox, it shows as text.

How to set up [unsubscribe_tag] properly to make it work?

Thanks,

Tom

Hi friend, set the [unsubscribe_tag] as the href attribute of the link tag.

@admin Hi I am having the same issue. the [unsubscribe_tag] is not recognised when I add it to the body of the email, either text or html, it just comes up as text, it does not generate any link.

I have tried the href but I am maybe doing it wrong? this is what I wrote:

<a href="[unsubscribe_tag]">Unsubscribe</a>

does not seem to work at all.

could you make an example on how to write this in html? thank you in advance!

Hi friend, do you have the premium version?

@admin no just the basic free version, but I would love to!

Does it make a difference in the use of tags?

I also noticed the tracking tab does not work, are all these premium features?

Thanks again
