Error message using Sendgrid

Hi,

I did everything correctly but at the point sending my first email test I got the error message.

Error: The SMTP server has unexpectedly disconnected.

How do I fix this?

Please mention some details, like smtp you are using, did you test from other apps first?

I am using sendgrid SMTP. Kindly make a tutorial on how to connect to Sendgrid. Thank you for creating this phenomenal product.

Thanks friend, but please can you test with smtper.net first, or any other application, so we can make sure its working.

I figured it out Boss!

It is working now but my test emails keep delivering to promotions

inbox.

How can I fix this to deliver in Primary inbox?

Boss I watched a video you posted a year ago on youtube and applied and it solved the problem.
