I am having problem to request SSL certificate from Let’sencrypt.
I am using Ubuntu 16.04 with VPS from Zap-hosting.
My DNS record was setup accordingly, with all A record pointing to my IP address.
I run the #apt-get install certbot and everything is fine
But I still facing this issue when I request SSL certificate.
Please refer to the screenshot.
What should I do next?
Hi friend, when you request the certificate, keep only the main domain, and remove subdomains.
Thank you Hassan,
But it still doesn’t work.

To fix these errors, please make sure that your domain name was
entered correctly and the DNS A/AAAA record(s) for that domain
contain(s) the right IP address.
what is your VPS Ip?
The VPS Ip is: 220.127.116.11
The domain name is onlinejobsprofit.com
hostname is: mail.onlinejobsprofit.com
I have destroyed this setup and would like to install Mautic instead.
Don’t bother to troubleshoot, I believe it is the software setup from the vps company.
I setup a new virtualmin from Digital Ocean and it is working.
Ok Friend, Good luck
