Like you have your H-super tool ad on your website widget, can i also create an ad like that for myself for free? What do you mean? You can create banners using website called Canva but i am not sure about creating banner ads.

You can create free banner ads using Canva. But like the H-super tool, maybe you can't make it for free.
You don't need much editing skills to create a banner ad yourself using an editor on pc or on mobile, i have actually done that before
But there's a free site that you can use to create custom banner ads HERE

You can create your own banner. The two sites I use is canva and online HTML. What you have to do is head over to any graphic-producing platform like canva. Design something nice that will fit what you are advertising then download the designed image to your PC. After that login into your website backend dashboard if you are using WordPress, upload the image you just downloaded from canva, when the image is uploaded, click on it to get the URL. Copy it and head over to online.HTML.com
Open the editor and the toolbar will appear, find the insert image tool click on it, a small window will popup paste the copied link, resize your image if you like then click the insert button. Your image will appear on the left side. Click on the image to highlight, at the toolbar search for the insert link icon click on it and a window will appear, copy the URL of the product or services you are promoting and paste on the appeared window, change the target if you want then click the blue button, and your HTML link will appear by the right side of the editor window. Copy and paste wherever you like on your website.
What is a target? It's how you want your link to open. In the same window or on a new window. Good luck!

you can make ads on canva... h-super toll is an HTML banner I think...It's not an image ad...
