It's new for me but it has been known to world for years, especially Hassan has made various videos on these networks.

I don't recommend taboola as Hassan tried outbrain and MGID and got good results. So I don't wanna try taboola

First Of All, Facebook Is Better For All The Niches,

Then I Recommend Native ads  For The Weightloss, dating & Relationship Niches.

Youtube For IM Niche & Games Also

Native ads are comfortable for digital products and maybe for physical products google ads is the way to go.

Depends on what niche are you in.
If you are in Make Money Online niche in my opinion solo ads is the easiest and best way

Use free classified ads websites or Quora free traffic.

But If you have the budget I suggest you go for Instagram Ads. They are performing well nowadays. 

Make a simple ad on Canva explaining a little bit about your website or how you can add value to people's lives. 

Run 2-3 ads targeting the same audience. Let's suppose if person A is watching all 3 ads then it is a high chance that he or she will convert into a customer.

Yes, YouTube shorts are viral nowadays. You can build a really profitable business using shorts.

Free traffic should be the first method you should carry out, organic methods by using social media platforms to derive traffics, go and learn more about that i have once provided solution to this type of problem go to the forum search bar and search for how to get traffic with social media you will see something reason and valuable... By the way you need to get people engaged on your post, set up your profile and provide valuable content, comments on other friends so they could do that to you for encouragement... Join Facebook groups base on your niche and follow the above strategies
