Yes, but my methods are working for me. So, I have not tried other methods. But I think all methods are awesome if they work.

Sad to say all take times, unless you using pay ad but again it take skills, how you title the ad make people click on it, what images you use, do you set correctly the target audiences, etc, CPC tweak, using the best budget to get more exposure etc. 

This is why come email marketing, getting leads. Again you need traffic for your landing page to get target leads, also take time to build up the list. There is one tool call MLGS, which currently I using not bad, if you want fast. I not say getting sales every single day is at least sales do come as the leads build up daily.

There are many methods to attract visitors, but not all ways work. In most cases, you need a community that is interested in your product.
But there are other ways to get sales, I used paid advertising because I didn't have a community. I created a website and then put my product on there. Then I placed ads and waited. However, you should be very knowledgeable about your target audience so that the ads make sense and you don't put them in the wrong audience.
I also tried other options like Quora, Pinterest, or Instagram, but none of them worked for me.
