@makoye Thanks for responding my friend. I tried checking the difference between Contabo and Bluehost. Both I believe are very useful depending on the subscriber's needs. I do find Bluehost less expensive compared to Contabo thus, I might consider the first one in the future.

According to my user experience, Bluehost is the best hosting provider for any type of website.
Maybe it is good for simple blogs but not for tool's websites.
@makoye Thanks for responding my friend. I tried checking the difference between Contabo and Bluehost. Both I believe are very useful depending on the subscriber's needs. I do find Bluehost less expensive compared to Contabo thus, I might consider the first one in the future.
No, contabo VPS is 4X more cheaper than Bluehost VPS and also has way more good performance.

According to my opinion Bluehost is the best hosting for any type of website.
For hosting PHP scripts, it is bad because it's VPS performance is so bad and also they are very expensive.
Yes, for hosting PHP scripts we need powerful VPS hosting.

Shared hosting can also run smaller scripts, as Script owner host their script on shared hosting, and you can see that the demo load slowly

GoDaddy, and other webhost love trying to push upsells and if you where not thinking could all too easily get caught out. There are elements that you do not need to pay for like SiteLock. Most webhosts try to add this to your package.
The only one I would suggest in adding is Privacy as I am unaware of any addon that is available to do this.
