Nginx equivalent of Apache's AllowOverride All

Please I have VPS that uses nginx, and I want to install a PHP script downloaded from codecanyon.com.
However I'm stuck at the step that uses the following apache configuration.
   `
     <Directory /var/www/html/>
        Options +FollowSymlinks
        AllowOverride All
        Require all granted
     </Directory>
   `
I've searched google and nowhere could I find a config that does same thing as the above in nginx.
Thank you

Friend,

If it is a PHP script, then you have to install PHP and run your script on it. Why are you using NGINX?

I have been able to resolve this after hours of trials.

The server has been using Nginx before.

Thank you.
