My friend had banned from Adsense due to invalid traffic coming from Facebook.

You should use captcha tools or plugins for avoiding invalid traffic. You have to try organic traffic instead of paid traffic. Paid traffic is good for initial boosting.

Getting traffic normally through Quora, Facebook groups, Instagram posts, Pinterest will help. Don’t use other sources because they are sometimes fake. 

@matetysuman when you start you should always go for free or organic traffic as it is the best choice because you also learn new techniques with getting traffic

@johnnyhembrom idk but MailChimp gets 50000 traffic every month only from Facebook. So you should also keep these stats in mind and I haven't saw any website getting big traffic from Qoura.
