@dhiraj777 i don t really have youtube channel but i am planning to have soon(i learnt before i start)
what u have to know here is that youtube public can be increased according to the way you promote your channel:make sure you have some social media where u can share your links of new videos published and make sure u try to post regularly(some people decide 1video weekly or twice weekly)
There is another options in the begining that can make your channel strong:give time to reply comments and give heart to comments.
