Hi, I'm starting a youtube channel but I'm not sure what editing software I should use?
- Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Final Cut Pro X.
- Adobe After Effects.
- Lightworks.
- Freemake.
- iMovie.
- Shotcut.
Okay for free video editing software I know Vsdc video editor.
Actually, I don't use it but I heard it was good. For me I Prefer Filmora. It is easy to learn a super easy video editor. But it is not free. But they have Video editing contests every month so you can download the trial version and participate in a contest. You can easily win a 30-day license by creating only two videos for the contest. (Find More Info on Filmora website).
And I also Know blender(3D editing software) has a video editor too. It is also free.
And there is Davinci Resolve 16. But as I heard You Need a quite good computer for that.
So these are some other video editors too. You can always search google for System Requirments.
- Windows movie maker
- Openshot
- VSDC free video editor
- Lifgtworks
- Shotcut
- Blender
- DAVINCI RESOLVE 16
These are Not Free but the Best
- Movavi
- filmora (Best for beginners)
- 👑 Adobe Premiere Pro (The Best But Not Easy to learn)
Why prefer Filmora
- It has a Copyright free sound library for free
- It has free openers and impressive effects for free
- It has a whole Youtube Channel with New Ideas
- It always helps the creators with giveaways.
- It is easy to use and you can have a quite good support
- the help team will email you if you miss the conversation and be with you until the problem solved.

✓ If you are looking for a professional video editing software then go for LIGHTWORKS video editing software. It has various features. (It has both free version as well as pro version)
