Adding Navbar using bootstrap

Hi Hassan,
I created a contact form in bootstrap but when I tried to add navbar, the navbar it doesn’t look organized.
i thing the problem in these codes:

Friend, i added a Nav bar and worked normally.
Here is my sample navbar code:
